Annual Financial Report

The Ministry of Education requires all School Councils to submit a financial report to both the School as well as the Ottawa Catholic School Board each year.

The School Council Financial Report for the period September 1, 2021, to August 31, 2022 is due in October 7th.

Please review the 2022 OCSB Memo on School Council Financial Reports for the 2021-2022 school year. The Annual Financial Reporting Form is to be used for your report and handed into the Principal. Here is a handy Example of how to fill out the form.

HST Rebates for School Councils

School Councils can submit HST rebate claims on purchases made for their school. Complete the claim form and submit it to your principal with original receipts.
